Shipping + Pick Up + Returns
Step By Step Return/Exchange:
- Return within 14 days of receiving the package.
- Find the return/exchange slip and fill it out.
- If you did local pickup, simply bring the item and slip back to

- Put the return label on the package
- Hand it off to USPS
- Your refund/exchange will come through as soon as the item makes it back to us
Shipping + Pick Up
Après Collections is happy to offer free pick up for online orders in Denver. Follow these steps for your free, easy pick up:
1) Select Pick Up at check out.
2) You will receive a confirmation email. This does not mean your order is ready. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to pack up your order.
3) When your order is ready for you to pick up, you will receive a text and/or email, depending on what contact information you provided at checkout.
4) Please text us at 303-319-2963 when you are on your way to pick up. This allows us to hang the package safely on the porch just before you arrive for contact-free pick up with no risk of porch pirates.
5) Pick up your order at 2520 N. Gaylord St. Denver, CO 80205. If you are at the house with the pink door, you're at the right house! Thanks for shopping women-owned and local!
Not local? No worries. We offer flat rate standard shipping for $7 and rush shipping for $15. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Rush shipping takes 1-2 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days for our Après Babes to ship your order.
During these unprecedented times, shipping delays and tracking problems can occur due to the increased demand placed on carriers. If you're having trouble tracking your order, or are having other shipment issues, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or contact the carrier.
Après Collections is not held responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered to the carrier. Once we bring it to the carrier, the fulfillment company is held responsible.
Returns + Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are always free. We understand there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. We've got your back with our 14 day return policy, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it and receive a refund for the item.
Accessories, masks, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
The item you are returning can't be worn, altered, or washed. Tags must be attached. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements.
Returns and Exchanges are Free!
To exchange an item, please first return the item you wish to exchange, then simply place a new order.
All you have to do to return an item is fill out the pink return/exchange form that was included with your purchase. Lost it? No problem. Just grab a piece of paper and write down the following info on it:
- First and Last Name
- Are you returning or exchanging?
- Why are you returning or exchanging the item(s)?
Throw that paper in a bag/box/whatever with your item(s) and use the prepaid return label or drop it off to:

If you're dropping it off, look for the pink door. That's how you know you've got the right place. If you're shipping it, we will let you know when we receive your return, and will refund you within one business day.
